A new month, a new set of five free themes for Live 11 for you. Again, four of them are recreations of skins I made and one’s new. I’ve reworked the recreations to make sure that texts can be read well, that the elements pop and have good contrast, and that the themes are as harmonious as possible. Since there are so many details to a theme I might still have overlooked something. So if that’s the case, please let me know in the comments below.
The themes adapted from Live skins I made over the years are Umber, Viridian, Vermillion and Turquoise Greys (in order of appearance in the image). This time the themes are not predominantly dark ones. Only one is, another one sports a medium grey base, one’s a lighter grey and one’s got a muted brown tone as the base. All of course also include colour accents of various shades. The new addition to the set is Yonder. It is the second one from the right in the image and adds some light grey with blue tones.
If you’d like to see more than just what an Instrument Rack looks like with any of the themes, you can simply click on the black button below and click through screenshots of Live’s interface for each individual theme before grabbing them for free (or a small donation if you’d like to say thanks for my work).
Important note: The themes will only work in Live 11 Lite to Suite and up. In Live 10 and below they will return an error message.
For Live 10 and up you can also download free themes. You can still download the Live 9 skins. If you don’t know how to install them, have a look at this tutorial. And if you’d like to create your own themes, I’ve got a tutorial for that as well.
You’ve got a comment for me? Don’t be shy and leave it below.

Hi, Madeleine; these themes are lovely (Viridian, ooh)! They’re not downloadable at the moment, though- the Gumroad page says it’s not currently for sale.
Thanks for letting me know. I forgot to make it public. It is now available.
They’re working now, thank you 🙂
