I’ve moved the courses to Gumroad and deleted all associated user accounts. If you’d previously purchased a course, you should have received an email with a Gumroad link so you continue to have free access. The link will automatically apply a 100% discount for you. Can’t find the email? Please check your spam folder first. If you can’t locate it anywhere, please get in touch with me.
You can simply enter the email you’d used to purchase the pack here. This way you will be resent the order email which contains the download link to any packs you’d bought. The link can also be found in the Sonic Bloom menu under Contact > Recover Downloads.
All the freebies can be found on Gumroad and don’t require a registration anymore since 2016. Because of this, I deleted all user accounts. Simply go the post of the freebie you’re interested in and download it from there or browse through the Sonic Bloom Gumroad profile. If you’d like to say thank you, you’re welcome to donate a bit of money. Otherwise, simply add a 0 into the price field.
Yes! While I do not offer a manually created German version anymore, you can click the blue globe in the right of the top menu and choose one of several languages. This will give you an automatic Google translation of the content. The following languages are available: German, French, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese.
Older German video tutorials can still be found on YouTube as well as in the respective English blog posts.
Try again! Sometimes the best way to fix a problem is to try it again. If it still doesn’t work after a few attempts, try holding down the shift button on your keyboard and pushing the reload button on your browser. This resets the cache in your browser, which will often clear up persistent problems. If this method still doesn’t work, quit your browser, reopen it, and try again. If the problem still persists, please contact me via email and describe the issue. I’ll look into it ASAP.
You can pay with PayPal, credit card and debit cards, Apple Pay, Bancontact, GiroPay, iDEAL, SOFORT and Alipay.
After you’ve completed the payment process, you will receive a receipt and an order email with the download or access links. Please make sure to also check your spam folder if you didn’t get any of these emails, and to whitelist the email address so any product update emails don’t vanish in the spam nirvana.
If you booked a private lesson, but are unable to take it anymore, this is no problem as long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If it’s about any service, a refund is only possible if we haven’t gotten started with the work, yet. Digital products are non-refundable in accordance with German law.
You’ll have access to a course until it becomes obsolete, e.g. a Live 9 course until Live 10 comes out. The number of downloads for the Live Packs and Max for Live Packs is limited to five. If the product is updated, the download number is reset to zero.
Yes, I do. In the checkout you should see a little gift icon. Once you click it, you will be asked to enter your own name and email (to purchase the item) and then the recipients name and email so the digital product can be sent to the lucky recipient.
You can also set a date in the future for when the gift should be delivered. That could be e.g. Dec 25, or the recipient’s birthday. Finally, there is also the option of leaving a message for the recipient.
I personally don’t think in genres and teach techniques that apply to all styles of music. The courses and private lessons are suitable for musicians and producers of all genres.
I no longer live in Berlin. If you’re in Jena or are willing to come here, we can do one-to-one lessons in my studio in Jena Lobeda as well.
If you cancel, change or miss your appointment for a private lesson with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. If you give me more than a day’s notice, we can simply reschedule.
