Here’s another Live Pack I’ve created. It contains three Instrument Racks based on a kalimba sample. They’re all macro mapped, work in Live 8 as well as 9 and can be used for anything from pling plong melodies to mean bass lines.

If clicking it to download results in a text-file, simply right-click and choose ‘Save Link as…’. To install, just double-click the alp-file and choose the installation path when prompted by Live. And here’s a tutorial on how to use the presets from Live Packs that are not self-installing.

I got some experience with Kalimba recorded by my friends,
and enjoyed the timber a lot. Very atmospheric.

Wenn Du sie heruntergeladen hast, sollte sie sich in dem Ordner befinden, der in Deinem Browser als Speicherort für die Downloads angegeben ist. Alternativ kannst Du auch den Downloadlink, wenn Du eingeloggt bist, rechts-klicken und dann den Speicherort selbst wählen mit “Link speichern unter…”

Also mal ehrlich, dieses Ding klingt wahnsinnig gut. Ich bin froh das gefunden zu haben 🙂 Ich hab mal ein Videos mit ein paar Instrumenten mit Live gemacht (nichts professionelles 😉 ) Und da durfte die Kalimba nicht fehlen.
