I use them all the time and i even have a trick to learn them fast or to get a fullscreen clipview. To do this press and hold alt and cmd and type “slimbro”

also, if you click any paramater that is out of the default position and press delete, it will jump back to the default position….. Very handy if you have to set 35 pans back to center.

I wish I could find a keyboard shortcut to show the plugin instrument for the currently selected track (i.e. so the whole plugin window pops up and is visible). Such a workflow killer to have to keep clicking the plugin tab then click the intrument popup
I know what you mean, but I haven’t heard of one so far.
cmd+alt+P shows/hide Plugin window.
