Part six out of the Mellotron Live Pack series is based on the individually sampled notes of the Mellotron GC3 Brass sounds. It’s a triple tracked trombone that causes the sound to phase. The “GC” in the name are the initials of the trombonist, George Chisolm. “Mellotron GC3 Brass” contains a Simpler preset as well as three fully macro-mapped Instrument Racks, one with controls to add reverb, one quite filter-y and one resonant Redux-ed Rack. For Ableton Live 9 Standard or Suite. Sampled by Taijiguy.

If clicking it to download results in a text-file, simply right-click and choose ‘Save Link as…’. To install, just double-click the alp-file and choose the installation path when prompted by Live. And here’s a tutorial on how to use the presets from Live Packs that are not self-installing.
I would be happy to receive a small donation if you are able to do so as a token of appreciation.
